Zumba Toning takes the original Zumba dance-fitness class to the next level utilizing an innovative muscle training protocol and the addition of light weight toning sticks or dumbbells. Created to emphasize muscle work along with rhythms, this combination of cardio and dynamic resistive exercises is an effective use of progressive light weight training to improve overall performance.

Mat pilates is a challenging and upbeat class that is designed to work every major and minor muscle group in your body. It is an intense hour that focuses on core strength and will increase symmetry, flexibility, balance and proper posture.
Flex bands, free weights and balance balls are used to create a reformer on the mat and increase intensity.
Simple movements made with concentration and control become the most effective exercises and produce quick results and will increase muscular endurance. Kickboxing blends athletic drills with martial arts to create an intense cardiovascular workout. Basic kickboxing moves such as bobbing and weaving, as well as ducking, are part of almost all classes. Beginner classes may emphasize the forward jab, cross jab, hook and upper cut along with knee strikes, front kicks and back kicks. As students advance, blocks, elbow thrusts, back fists, side kicks and roundhouse kicks might be incorporated. Jumping jacks and plyometric moves are often included between punching and kicking bouts to rev the heart rate and offer an amazing workout!
