Zumbaź fuses hypnotic latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic fitness program that will blow you away. yogaFUSION CLASS

yogaFUSION is a combination of traditional yoga poses, strength training, core strength and resistance.  yogaFUSION will increase your flexibility, balance and help tone, shape and decrease body fat. yogaFUSION is a one hour class with the combination of yoga and weight training.

MONDAYS at 7:30-8:30PM

Kickboxing Tuesdays 6:30pm

This may be a no contact class, BUT it is all fighting!! You will learn a variety of punch/kick combinations and CORE work. Not only is this a great cardio workout but it is FUN! Join Stacey in this FUN high calorie fat burning power hour!


Empower Hour Thursday at 7pm

Empower Hour is our new Boot Camp class taught by personal trainer Maggie Callahan. Empower Hour is a one hour, high intensity, high energy, high calorie/fat burning workout.  It is a two part training session comprised of high intensity full body strength training movements combined with interval training on the treadmill. Perfect for runners! This class is designed to insure you are working at a high percentage of your Heart Rate Max, which is scientifically proven to increase metabolism, burn calories, burn fat, and increase lean muscle. Empower Hour will give you that longer, leaner body you've been looking for! If you are bored with your normal workout regime and looking to change it up and challenge your fitness level then join Maggie for Empower Hour!!

Innovative Pilates Saturdays 10am and Wednesday at 8pm


Innovative pilates is a challenging and upbeat class that is designed to work every major and minor muscle group in your body.  It is an intense hour that focuses on core strength and will increase symmetry, flexibility, balance and proper posture.  The use of flex bands, free weights, balance balls and magic rings will be used to create a reformer on the mat and increase intensity. Simple movements made with concentration and control become the most effective exercises and produce quick results and will increase muscular endurance.  No prior pilates experience is necessary, but an average athletic ability is recommend along with a sense of humor.  Drop in and find a new and exciting way to compete with yourself!
